Lee Huan (19 17— 1975), formerly known as Wangli Village, Tianping Town, Changxing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, was originally from Luoshan, Henan Province. He studied in Changxing Private National Studies Museum and was admitted to Shanghai Feisheng Correspondence School of Chinese Painting. 195 1 year, successively served as secretary of Huzhou Municipal Committee, mayor, minister, deputy secretary and secretary of Jiaxing Municipal Committee of Industry.
