Li Huan's introduction

Lee Huan (19 17— 1975), formerly known as Wangli Village, Tianping Town, Changxing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, was originally from Luoshan, Henan Province. He studied in Changxing Private National Studies Museum and was admitted to Shanghai Feisheng Correspondence School of Chinese Painting. 195 1 year, successively served as secretary of Huzhou Municipal Committee, mayor, minister, deputy secretary and secretary of Jiaxing Municipal Committee of Industry. He is a deputy to the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and an alternate member of the Zhejiang Provincial Committee. After 1960s, he served as the vice chairman of Zhejiang Poor and Middle Peasants Association, secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts, and secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Agricultural University.
