This picture is from the History Department of Donghai University in Taiwan Province Province. At the same time, there is a picture of "Flying Sails in Lugang" in Changhua County annals, and a picture of "Lugang seaside pier" and "seagoing ships" taken by 1890.

" "Investigation and Research on the City God Temple in Lugang" records: "During the forty-nine years from Qianlong to Daoguang-year, Lugang was the most prosperous, with many boats and cars and businessmen gathered in the suburbs. In addition to trade and trade, such as loading grain, grass, soldiers, soldiers, sailors, businessmen, tourists, immigrants and so on. It has become an important place for Taiwan Province Province to enter and leave the mainland. " "Changhua County Records" records: "Lugang is an important commercial place in the suburbs of Xia Quan ... Lugang Waterworks carries rice, sugar and oil until Lijiang and Xiamen." "Hang Jiao was established in 42 years of Qianlong, and the trade of Lugang was controlled by eight suburbs, namely Quanjiao, Xiajiao, Bujiao, Oil Suburb, Sugar Suburb, Dyeing House, Southern Suburb and Suburb."

The immigration tide, accompanied by the sharp increase in shipping volume, has accelerated the development of Lu Kang. The population increased sharply, from only 5,000 in the tenth year of Yongzheng (1732) to more than 40,000 in the forty-ninth year of Qianlong (1784), and even more than100000 in Daoguang. "Ninety percent of the residents come from Quanzhou, especially Shi, Huang and Xu." Changhua County Records recorded the scene of Lugang City as follows: "Streets are vertical and horizontal, with streets three miles long. There are many businesses and department stores in the suburbs of Xia Quan. Taiwan Province from the county and around. Lugang is the most important commodity market, and there are many port streets, so it is always summarized as Lugang Street. " There are historical records describing Lugang as "looking at the ocean in the west, sailing for flying, with thousands of pictures in its eyes and great momentum."

In the 21st year of Guangxu, Taiwan Province and Peng ceded Japan, and Hong Kong (Lu Kang) remained the main trading port of the province (Taiwan Province Province) to the mainland because of its proximity to the mainland (Investigation and Research on the Lugang City God Temple).
