A handful of dollars 2: Will John inherit Arthur's article?

John cannot inherit Arthur's property. Arthur's horse was killed in the main plot. After the game is cleared, all Arthur's medicines, food, horses and money are confiscated, and the rest will be inherited to John's valuables.
