According to this law, foreigners or stateless persons who are willing to abide by the Constitution and laws of China, have close relatives of China people or have settled in China, and have other legitimate reasons may apply for approval to become citizens of China.
If I am under the age of 18, my guardian or other legal representative can handle the application procedures on my behalf. In China, you can apply to the local city and county public security bureau; In foreign countries, you can apply to our diplomatic representative offices or consular offices.
