Can a black Burmese family settle in China?

Foreigners who want to become China citizens must first obtain a permanent residence permit in China, have been married to China residents for five years, and have lived in China for five consecutive years, with a minimum of nine months each year. They can apply for permanent residence and obtain a permanent residence permit before applying to become China citizens. Children born abroad can register their accounts with their birth certificates just like ordinary China residents.
