This paper analyzes and reflects on the problems found in the summer social practice report of college students, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.

During the summer vacation, in order to respond to the call of the college and improve my social practice ability, I went to Juanqiao Power Supply Station of Chizhou Power Supply Bureau for more than one month (July1August 2006 to August 2 1). During the activity, I participated in various activities of the power supply station, involving safe electricity use, microcomputer invoicing, budget rectification, line repair and quality service. During the activity, Juanqiao Power Supply Bureau of Chizhou Power Supply Bureau gave strong support. The relevant situation of this practice is now reported as follows:

First, the content of social practice:

1. Learn safety knowledge and power-related policies and regulations. Go to the customer's home to repair the line with the staff of the power supply station, and publicize the knowledge of safe electricity use to users. On July 30th, under the supervision of the construction guardian, he arrived at the emergency repair operation point of 50# pole of 7 1 Jinji 165438+ 10kV line to assist the construction personnel in emergency repair. On August 6th, Sanyou Village immigrated to Taiwan Province together with the power distribution personnel of the power supply station, measured the rectification lines of low-voltage households, and worked out the budget table.

2. Learn the perfect management operation mode and safe production responsibility system of Juanqiao Power Supply Station. Attend four power supply meeting. The theme of the meeting is: strengthening electricity management and safety production supervision; Deploy the peak summer work; Summarize the work in July and make the work plan for August; Study and practice Theory of Three Represents summary forum.

3. Learn Juanqiao Power Supply Office's Implementation Measures for Implementing Quality Service in Power Supply Department. Practice in the business hall of power supply station and implement standardized and high-quality service. Accept customer consultation and explain the charges and electricity prices to electricity users.

4. Learn the power supply management information system JN2000, understand the system functions and operating environment, and master the use of JN2000. Input the low-voltage circuit diagram, customer information and customer account of each radio station area into JN2000 system, modify the number of tables and boxes, operate the computer according to the monthly electricity bill process, and make out invoices and print electricity bills by the computer.

Second, the practice summary and suggestions:

Juanqiao Town Power Supply Bureau is responsible for the electricity consumption of all residents, factories and mines in the administrative village of 14 under the jurisdiction of Juanqiao Town. With the care and support of power companies at all levels and provincial and municipal governments, rural power work has flourished, and remarkable achievements have been made through the hard work of cadres and workers in the whole hospital. The rural power network construction and reconstruction project in Juanqiao Town has been basically completed with remarkable achievements, except for a few areas that need to be reconstructed due to the construction of railways and expressways. Rural power management has entered a standardized track, and rural electricians have basically achieved "quasi-professionalism, standardization and specialization" management, and basically completed unified assessment, merit-based employment and certificates for rural electricians. The management system of rural power has been basically straightened out, reaching-one household and one meter, and realizing "five unification", "four households" and "three openness". The following set of data is a comparison of some parameters before and after the transformation of rural power. Through comparison, it can be seen that the transformation of rural power has effectively promoted the improvement of farmers' living standards.

There are many reasons for analyzing complaints and reports:

1, some local electricians are temporarily employed by the power supply department, and their professional level is not high enough and their professional quality is not hard enough.

2, a few facilities planned maintenance power outage notice is not in place in advance.

The procedure for customers to apply for electricity is very complicated.

4. There are few business outlets, and it is inconvenient for enterprises to pay fees.

Combined with the actual situation in rural areas, I have the following suggestions:

The power supply station strengthens the assessment of the professional quality and level of electricians, especially temporary employees, organizes learning and improves service quality. Planned maintenance and power outage should be announced to the public as much as one week in advance as possible. Simplify the procedures for customers to apply for electricity and shorten the time for customers to wait for electricity. For the convenience of users, the power supply station can negotiate with local banks and credit cooperatives to let users pay their electricity bills at the nearest banks or credit cooperatives.

Third, practical experience:

In a person's life, school is not a real forever school, but there is only one real school, and that is society. College students' social practice is a good form to guide our students out of school, into society, into contact with society, into society and into society.
