How to treat the drama of South-to-North Water Transfer?

On the evening of March 5th, a large-scale drama "The Source of Water is Deep", which showed the selfless dedication of the vast number of migrant cadres and masses in our province in the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer, was staged at the Yin Da Theatre in Beijing, deeply touching some delegates, members and audience attending the National "Two Sessions" in the capital of our province.

Provincial leaders Zhao Suping, Jiang Duyun, Chen Xuefeng and Zhang Guangzhi watched the performance and met all the cast members after the performance.

"Water Source and Deep Water" is based on the relocation of migrants in the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, and is jointly planned and produced by the Beijing Office of the provincial government and the Nanyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. Through the rich and simple customs of the Central Plains, it reproduces the ordinary and great stories that happened in the process of migration, successfully shapes the broad mind and excellent quality of the vast number of migrant cadres and masses in our province, represented by the deputy magistrate and mayor Li, and vividly interprets the essence and connotation of the "Henan people's spirit" in the new period.

Directed by Wu Xiaojiang, a famous director of China National Theatre, the play brings together the stage elites of many national art groups such as National Theatre, Bayi Film Studio and Central Opera House, among which there are many outstanding drama talents from Henan.
