Why do many women in China pay less attention to houses and cars when looking for foreign husbands?

Everyone has different values. As far as people around me are concerned, there are China women who fall in love with foreigners, because foreigners don't buy houses and break up. There are also women in China who not only want to buy a house, but also want foreigners to buy a house for her parents. There are OK ones without buying a house. Many women who fall in love with China people rent houses to get married. Some people want to buy a house. There are also many men in China who don't like the breakdown of their women's families. Generally speaking, China society should be more realistic in this respect. But as a man, whether at home or abroad, having a house is indeed an advantage (but not the only one) in choosing a spouse.
