Application conditions of the main applicant

According to the Naturalization Law promulgated on August 29th, 20 13, it is required that:

The principal applicant is over 18 years old;

Good health and no criminal record;

Meet the government's investment naturalization requirements;

Not refused a visa by major visa-free countries such as Britain and Schengen, or refused a visa, but re-applied for a visa.

Spouse: No special requirements;

Children: 0- 17 years old with no special requirements; 18-30 years old unmarried and childless;

Parents: all ages, financially dependent on the principal and his spouse;

Relatives: the main applicant and his spouse 18 years old or older, unmarried childless brothers and sisters are allowed to bring them. /zd/ym
