Hong Kong Application Requirements

● Must be at least 18 years old when applying to come to Hong Kong under this scheme;

● Have continuous possession of no more than two years of experience in the two years before applying. Net assets less than HK$10 million;

● Within six months before submitting the application to the Immigration Department, or within six months after the application is approved in principle by the Immigration Department, Investments of less than HK$10 million in permitted investment asset classes (except investments in certificates of deposit, which must be made within six months after the application is approved in principle by the Immigration Department);

● In Hong Kong and Have no bad records in their place of residence;

● Be able to prove that they are able to support themselves and their dependents’ livelihood and provide shelter without having to rely on Hong Kong.
