Why are there so many Quanzhou people in Fuzhou?

Immigrants came to Taiwan Province earlier. Quanzhou is closest to Penghu and Tainan, and immigrants came to Taiwan earlier, so they are mostly distributed in the western coastal plain, Penghu Islands and near Taipei. Quanzhou, also known as Licheng, is located in the east of China, bordering Fuzhou in the north, Xiamen in the south and Taiwan Province Province in China in the east. It is a prefecture-level city in Fujian Province and one of the three central cities in Fujian Province.
