How to change the WES academic certification in Canada?

note:

To certify a degree, you need to upload a scanned copy of your degree and academic qualifications in Chinese;

Certified transcripts need to upload scanned transcripts in Chinese and English and scanned copies of degrees/academic qualifications in Chinese;

The uploaded scanned document cannot be in PDF format, but needs to be in picture format, and the size is no more than 2m;

In the acceptance address of the certification report 1, the receiving unit selects WES, and the system will automatically fill in the address of WES. If you want to receive a copy yourself, please tick "Backup Report" at Address 2 and fill in your own address.

Mail the document to CDGDC

After the system of the Ministry of Education is upgraded, applicants with bachelor degree or above who apply for certification no longer need to send paper materials to the Ministry of Education of China, but need to send paper transcripts and Chinese and English identity certificates of university degree.

Mail academic documents to WES

Freshman doesn't need extra delivery;

Previous graduates are required to send the following additional materials:

Bachelor degree or above: copies of all degree certificates and transcripts stamped by Chinese and English schools;

College degree: copies of graduation certificates and transcripts stamped by all Chinese and English schools.

List of WES certification materials:

Domestic higher education (master's degree, bachelor's degree, junior college): CDGDC or CHESICC will send the English certification report of degree certificate, diploma and report card to WES, and the applicant himself will send the copy of degree certificate, diploma and report card stamped by both Chinese and English schools to WES.

China higher education (undergraduate, master, doctor) sends a copy of the degree certificate in Chinese and the official seal of the school in Chinese and English;

China higher education (junior college) sends a Chinese copy of graduation certificate and a stamped copy of Chinese and English school transcripts without a degree;

Applicants should contact the school to issue degree certificates, diplomas and transcripts with official seals. If it cannot be provided, it can be replaced by a public certificate.

Ordinary high school education: provide examination certificate or academic level test (Hubei province does not need general education examination result certificate), the school will send the transcript directly to WES, and the applicant will send the academic certificate and a copy to WES.

For vocational high school or technical school education, CDGDC will mail the qualification certificate to WES, the school will mail the transcript to WES, and the applicant will mail the copy and translation of the education to WES.

Note: if it is a master's degree certification, you must also send the certified undergraduate or junior college diploma to WES, otherwise WES will not be able to carry out the certification.

List of supporting materials of Tsinghua:

Scanned copies of graduation certificate and degree certificate, stamped copies of transcripts of Chinese and English schools, with the picture size not exceeding 2M.

Note: Applicants need to contact the school to issue the official seal of degree certificate, graduation certificate and report card. If they can't provide it, they can use official certificates.

WES certification cycle-flying abroad:

It takes 8-9 weeks from the time when the Ministry of Education receives all the documents and remittances: 1. 20 working days for Tsinghua certification (5 working days for expedited completion); 2.EMS express delivery to WES, 4-6 days; 3.WES evaluates 20 working days.

WES certification fee:

Tsinghua certification Tsinghua certification fee: degree 260 yuan, transcript 360 yuan; Tsinghua sent a report to WES: 228 yuan; Tsinghua certification expedited fee: each 200 yuan (to be paid after approval);

WES certification fee is 200 Canadian dollars; The international express delivery fee is 85 Canadian dollars;

Send a degree certificate and report card to WES. Cost: Around 200 yuan.

Payment method:

WES fees are paid online by credit card; 2. Tsinghua certification fees can be paid through online banking, credit cards and offline.

Non-China education:

For international school or foreign academic certification, applicants need to ask the school to send their graduation certificates, degree certificates and transcripts directly to WES. Applicants need to fill out an application form and send it to the school, which will send the application form and required materials to WES.
