Prisoners released from prison do not need to report accidents to the local authorities.

The local people's government shall give relief to the released prisoners who have lost their ability to work and are unable to determine their dependents and basic sources of livelihood, and the released prisoners shall enjoy equal rights with other citizens according to law.
