How does Changle change the mode of economic growth?

This is a very realistic and urgent problem.

As we all know, Changle's economic development depends on three aspects: foreign exchange, textiles and steel.

Many people are intoxicated with their achievements, but after careful study, we will find that there are many uncertainties in Changle's future. It can even be said that without change, the development of Changle will be insufficient!

1。 With the predictable gradual appreciation of RMB, the power of foreign exchange will decrease, and the expanding family migration will directly lead to the decrease of foreign exchange inflow!

2。 The so-called steel industry, in fact, most of them are also making rebar for construction, with low technical content and serious product homogeneity, which will inevitably lead to the overall reduction of profits. With the development of national economy and the gradual improvement of urban infrastructure construction, the market space will be gradually compressed. Generally speaking, there is more time in the north than in the south, and more time in the west than in the east. When the annual profit of rebar industry drops to 30% or even lower, it is no longer a profiteering industry. Are Changle people willing to spend money and time on it?

3。 I don't know much about textiles, but generally speaking, in the textile production chain, from silk to thread, from thread to cloth, from cloth to clothing, most of us do intermediate links, that is, from thread to cloth (including dyeing and finishing), and the profit is lower than that of downstream clothing manufacturing, so my personal feeling needs to be improved.

As far as the above is concerned, my personal feeling is that the countermeasures are nothing more than "industrial upgrading, becoming bigger and stronger".

Industrial upgrading means phasing out relatively backward production such as rebar and warp knitting, and turning to industries with high technical content and high added value, such as Wu Hang turning to stainless steel industry.

To be bigger and stronger, it depends more on internal training. To tell the truth, there are many enterprises in Changle, but not many entrepreneurs. Most of them blindly follow the trend. They don't have their own prediction and judgment on the economic environment of the market, and they can't get rid of the disadvantages of family management from financing mode to management mode. I admire the listing behavior of Henry and other companies very much, not only because they can get more self-owned funds, but also because a new financing method will effectively help break the family business.

In fact, no matter what it is, it is all human factors in the final analysis. If Changle wants to achieve real development and long-term development ability, the most fundamental thing is to cultivate real entrepreneurs!

As for foreign exchange, there is no solution at present. After all, it involves many things such as ideas and realistic factors. Rome was not built in a day!
