The first village in Longjiang is also called Xing 14 Village.

Xingshisi Village, one of the new immigrant villages in Heilongjiang Province, received resettlement from Linyi, Shandong Province, with 428 people in 100 households.

Since 1970s, Xingshisi Village has been commended and rewarded by the state, provinces, cities and counties 100 for many times, among which 1979 was commended by the State Council, 1994 was named "Hongqi Village Party Branch" by Heilongjiang Provincial Committee, and 1999 was awarded "Red Flag Village Party Branch" by Central Civilization Committee.
