Parents with criminal records will not affect their children to apply for passports, even if the parties have criminal records.

I. Processing conditions

1. First passport application;

2. Passport annotation: It can be divided into five categories: previous name annotation, name annotation, replacement annotation, replacement annotation and previous certificate annotation. If there is a previous name in the applicant's household registration book, he may apply for adding the previous name; Those with traditional Chinese names, English names, polyphonic names and nonstandard Chinese pronunciation names may apply for name labeling. Add up to 3 passport holders' numbers to the notes of the former passport holders;

(1) Passport visa page is about to run out;

(2) The passport is valid for less than six months, or it is valid for more than six months, but there are materials to prove that the validity period does not meet the requirements of the destination country;

(3) The name, gender, ID number, place of birth and date of birth on the household registration book have changed or the applicant's appearance has changed significantly;

(4) Other circumstances identified by the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security;

4. Passport replacement: Passport is damaged, lost or stolen;

5, the applicant has one of the following circumstances, you can apply for expedited treatment:

(1) Going abroad to attend funerals and visit critically ill patients;

(2) The commencement date of studying abroad is approaching;

(3) The entry permit or visa of the destination country will expire soon;

(4) Other urgent matters identified by the exit-entry administration department of the Public Security Bureau.

Second, the required materials:

1, application form

Submit and fill in the Application Form for Ordinary Passport of China Citizens 1 copy.

Note: The application form can be downloaded from the exit and entry websites of provincial public security departments, or collected and filled out in the registration hall.

Step 2 take photos

Submit a recent bareheaded color photo, the photo specification is generally 48 mm x 33 mm

Note: In order to avoid that the photo format is not up to standard, it is recommended to take photo id in the photo studio in the accreditation hall.

3. Identification

Submit the original ID card and household registration book and submit a copy. When collecting, redeeming or replacing resident identity cards, you can submit temporary resident identity cards, household registration books and their copies.

4. JIU observations

State functionaries (registered personnel) shall, in accordance with the personnel management authority, submit the certificate of consent to leave the country issued by their work units or superior competent units. Servicemen shall go through the examination and approval procedures in accordance with the management authority, and I shall apply to the exit and entry administration department of public security at or above the county level of the subordinate unit.

5. Guardian materials

Citizens under the age of 16 should be accompanied by their guardians, and submit exit opinions, resident identity cards or household registration books, passports and photocopies.

6. Materials related to the application.

(1) Passport annotation: submit relevant supporting materials and valid passports that need to be changed and annotated;

(2) passport renewal: submit the original and photocopy of the passport;

(3) Passport replacement: the damaged certificate and the reason for the damage shall be submitted; Submit lost or stolen information;

(4) Passport Expedition: Submit the expedited certification materials.

Thirteenth the applicant has one of the following circumstances, the passport issuing organ shall not issue a passport:

(a) does not have the nationality of People's Republic of China (PRC);
