2. heterosexual/homosexual couples, unregistered
3. Underage children
As a minor, you can apply to your parents.
Application conditions
So what are the requirements for applying for the above 1, 2, 3, 4?
First of all, you need to be in the Netherlands (with a Dutch residence permit)
Secondly, your applicant cannot be in the Netherlands.
Finally, you need to be their responder.
Also, please don't leave your residence in a state of "about to expire" …
Application steps
Check your ID card before applying, and see if it is over 2 1 year. See if the remaining time of your residence permit is more than 6 months. Whether it is an undergraduate or a master's degree, doctors can apply.
Let's begin to explain the application process:
"You applied for MVV-paid 230 euros for the other party in the Netherlands-successfully applied for it-the other party got a visa in China."
(This is actually a counter-signing. As long as MVV's application is good, VISA can accept it directly. )
I. Domestic materials
1. Your partner's passport must be done well.
2. Double authentication is required for both parties' unmarried certificates/marriage certificates.
3. Your income certificate (the student dog doesn't need to issue an income certificate, just a proof of funds, and ensure that there are more than 1954 1.04 euros in the bank card under your name).
Second, Dutch materials.
1. Two copies of passports.
2. Double certified copies of the unmarried/married certificates of both parties.
3. Copy of your income/deposit certificate
4.MVV official application form
Third, the Dutch treatment process
Step 1: Make an appointment
* If you submit your application at IND in Hoofddorp, Eindhoven and Den Bosch, you need to make an appointment by phone in advance. The telephone number is 088 043 0430.
Friendly reminder: it is difficult to get through the phone. You can choose 1. Call at nine o'clock sharp in the morning. E-mail them that you want to make an appointment, but the phone can't get through. Wait for them to call you.
* When making an appointment by telephone, remember to bring your ID card with a V number on it. I need it when I make an appointment
* If you are in IND in other areas, you can go directly to the front desk to get the number, and you can wait in line without making an appointment.
Step 2: IND consultation and application submission
* Take your passport/ID card with you.
* Bring copies of all materials.
* Bring a blank application form.
Once you get to the window, please feel free to consult in detail. I want you to bring a blank application form, because the staff will tell you what to fill in and what not to fill in. (Married and unmarried people fill out different application forms) Then ask him to help you check whether your copy materials are complete and standardized.
* You can't sign anything that requires your partner's signature. You need to get him to sign it, then scan it and send it to you by email, and attach it to the form you filled out.
Friendly remINDer: generally, there will be a library around ind. After the staff explains it to you, you need a place where you can receive and print emails. When you are finished, your partner's signature may be sent. Then you can go back to IND and submit all the materials.
1. Go home and wait for the invoice
After IND submits the application, a letter will be sent to your mailbox within one week, which is an invoice, 230 euros. Please note: 1. IND will not contact you by email, please check your email at any time. 2. All letters are in Dutch. 3. Payment should be completed within 2 weeks, otherwise IND will not start processing your application.
2. Wait for the application result
The application result will be received within 90 days.
Of course, if the materials are unqualified, you may receive an email halfway, telling you that you can resubmit the qualified materials within 2 weeks. If you don't correct your mistake within 2 weeks, you will be rejected and your 230 euros will be wasted …
If you apply for MVV, ask your partner in China to make an appointment for a visa in Cizhi. At this point, make sure your partner arrives in the Netherlands within 3 months and change your visa to a residence permit in the Netherlands. After the deadline, everything has to start all over again. . . )
Post-graduation policy
According to the new immigration law of the Netherlands, anyone who has lived in the Netherlands for five consecutive years (including student residence) and has a work contract for one year or more when preparing to apply for permanent residence can apply for a permanent residence permit in the Netherlands (renewed every five years); After obtaining permanent residency, you can apply for Dutch citizenship as long as you pass the Dutch naturalization test.
