EB- 1A Main criteria for outstanding talents:

(1) The applicant has won one or more major internationally renowned awards;

(2) The applicant meets any three of the following ten criteria stipulated in the Immigration Law:

Membership of professional associations: the membership of such professional associations must be evaluated by domestic or international experts in this field, and only those with outstanding achievements are qualified;

Ordinary EB- 1A occupation

* Western medicine: bachelor degree or above, deputy chief physician or above.

* Engineer: Senior engineer (deputy senior) or above, master degree or above, 10 years working experience or above, preferably from.
