Article 5 Engineering changes

According to the needs of the project, Party B shall not refuse the notice of design change issued by Party A, and carry out the construction in strict accordance with the requirements of the change. If the engineering quantity increases, the engineering cost will be calculated separately.

Article 6 Completion settlement

After the project completion experience is qualified, the settlement shall be made according to the actual acceptance of the project progress.

Article 7 Payment Terms

Article 8 Work of Party A

8.2 Party B shall be appointed as the representative of Party A at the construction site, with the same telephone number as Party B. Supervise and inspect the quality, progress and safety of the project, and handle matters such as acceptance, alteration and registration.

10.8 If there are defects in the construction quality of Party B, resulting in major defects in the construction quality or unqualified acceptance, Party B shall bear all responsibilities and expenses.

13.2 During the construction process, Party A or the supervisor has the right to randomly check the unused materials purchased by Party B. If it is found that the materials and equipment used by Party B do not meet the quality standards agreed in the contract, Party B shall not use them. The used materials must be dismantled and redone, and the unqualified materials will be removed from the site, and Party B shall be responsible for the losses and delays caused thereby.
