Deping Road is located on the east side of Pudong exit of Yangpu Bridge in Shanghai, with convenient transportation.

Basically, half of the residents on Deping Road are old citizens who have lived in Shanghai for more than three generations, and half are new Shanghainese who immigrated to Shanghai in recent decades. Most of them have lived in Shanghai for less than three generations.

In fact, only about one-third of Shanghai locals live here, one-third are new Shanghainese and one-third are renters.
