The standard seawall project of Baisha Bay in Linhai City is undertaken by the Infrastructure Section. The project is located in Baishawan Village, Toumengang District, Linhai City, southeast of Shangpan Town, close to the northeast side of Nanyang reclamation project under construction, and about 80 kilometers away from Linhai City. The main buildings are composed of seawall, sedimentation tank dam, tidal sluice, intake sluice and drainage sluice. The engineering grade is Grade III, and it is fortified according to the standard of once in 50 years.
