Since it is impossible to be hard, is it possible to be soft? Soft hand refers to a large number of Russian immigrants occupying the Russian Far East, slowly changing the local population composition, and finally achieving the goal of becoming China territory again.

It should be said that it is very difficult to do this. For personal reasons, the Russian Far East and even Siberia are not attractive to China people. And it has been since ancient times. The ancient people of China have made a choice.

The Han, Tang, Yuan and Qing dynasties all exercised jurisdiction over this land or some areas in name, but as long as new nomadic peoples or forces appeared on the grassland, this rule would collapse. The rule of the Qing Dynasty was relatively stable here, with Manchu generals such as Ningguta. However, compared with Russia's aggressive ambition and strength, this rule is too fragile and completely vulnerable.

Although Manchu started from the northeast, it basically gave up its business in the northeast after entering the customs. The reason is also very simple. The natural conditions in Northeast China are far less than those in the vast Central Plains. Even Manchu people who are used to the cold don't want to stay here to catch cold. As for outer Manchuria in the north, only a few fishing and hunting nationalities are willing to live here.

In a word, the vast land outside has very limited attraction to the people of China Dynasty and China. In modern society, this situation has not been fundamentally changed. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, a large number of Russians did flood into the Russian Far East, but this was not enough.

Historically, in order to change the ownership of land through immigration, there must be at least enough farmers, cultivated land and troops. In the history of China, the immigration policy was basically to attract land-lost farmers from the mainland to the frontier, give them a certain amount of cultivated land, and take tax relief measures.

These farmers are not only the providers of rations, but also the supplements of the army. You can even form a vigilante group and have the ability to protect yourself. After several generations of reproduction, the number of farmers and troops has reached a scale that can resist foreign attacks, and this land is truly ours.

China people who enter the Russian Far East are mostly engaged in business activities and have strong mobility. Most people engaged in agriculture in China are agricultural workers who contract land or work directly. Black soil can only be planted once a year, and mechanized farming is mostly used, which has low demand for manpower. Therefore, there is no such realistic condition as immigration.

The recent epidemic has forced most people in China to stay at home honestly, and many people are suffocated. Northeasters should have no feeling about this, because cat winter is the normal state in the northeast, and heavy snow closes the road. It is not uncommon for cats to stay at home for several months. In Manchuria, farther north, the winter time of cats will obviously only be longer.

Therefore, it is difficult for most people in China to adapt to the climate in the Russian Far East. Northeast China itself is also a region where people flow out, mainly to warm and developed North China and South China. Not many Northeasters are willing to farm in Russia.

Russia is not unprepared for some ideas of China people. After the economic recovery, Russia increased its subsidies to the Far East, focused on increasing the proportion of Russian population, and strengthened its control over the Far East.
