From September 28th to 29th, according to the inquiry of official website, the Pu 'er Municipal People's Government, as of March 29th, 2023, the Pu 'er Municipal People's Government issued a report on the relocation of Huangcaoba Reservoir in Jinggu Zhengxing from September 28th to 29th, and the General Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Planning and Design of the Ministry of Water Resources and the Yunnan Resettlement and Resettlement Office jointly organized a review of the resettlement planning report of the Pu 'er Huangcaoba Reservoir Project.
