When did the four ancient cuisines in China come into being?

From ancient China to Qing Dynasty, there were four major cuisines. As early as the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, China's food culture had the flavor difference between the northern and southern cuisines, because China people were fastidious and good at cooking. In the Tang and Song Dynasties, southern cuisine and northern cuisine formed their own systems.
