Are Russians of Aryan descent?

Aryans are considered to be the ancestors of Indo-Europeans. Russians do have mixed-race Altai nomads, but there is no doubt that they are of Aryan descent.

In Europe, except for Russians, Bulgarians and Finns, there are (note that not all) mixed-race Altai nomads and local agricultural indigenous peoples, and the rest are almost all mixed-race Aryans and local agricultural indigenous peoples.

The above is reasoning, direct evidence ... I'm not a professional ... but I can find some indirect evidence for you.

1. Aryan ancestry has been detected among the ethnic groups in the northwest of China, even among the Han nationality. Therefore, it is obviously absurd to say that Russians have no Aryan descent from the migration route.

In the Middle Ages, even the word disappeared in English for a time, and it was not revived until the18th century, which also derived the Viking culture today.
