(1)? The applicant must own a company registered with the Vanuatu Monetary Authority?
㈡? Does the applicant need to show the relevant company registration certificate issued by Vanuatu Monetary Authority?
㈢? Applicants are required to produce proof of income and assets, which are certified by Vanuatu Finance Bureau and approved by the Director of Immigration.
㈣? Does the applicant need to pay the relevant fees according to the bill?
(5)? Applicants need to issue a letter of guarantee and be certified by the relevant Vanuatu Commercial Commissioner's Office.

1.? The principal applicant is over 18 years old; ?
2.? No criminal record; ?
3.? The name of the main applicant is more than HK$ 3 million; ?
4.? Accompanying staff: spouse and unmarried children under the age of 18.
