Conditions for immigrating to Hong Kong
1. The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
2. Applicants and their family members must now live in Hong Kong and have the right to land in Hong Kong. Their stay in Hong Kong is not subject to the conditions of stay.
3. The total monthly household income and net assets of the applicant shall not exceed the current limit.
4. The applicant and his family do not own any residential property in Hong Kong.
5. When allocating housing, at least half of the members in the application form must have lived in Hong Kong for seven years, and all members still live in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong permanent resident status category
Permanent residence in Hong Kong, or long-term residence status in Hong Kong, mainly includes two types, namely:
1, Hong Kong permanent identity card
The holder must enjoy the status of permanent resident in Hong Kong and obtain the approval of the Immigration Department.
2. Hong Kong Identity Card
The holder must not be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, but have been in Hong Kong for more than 180 days within a limited time, and hold a work visa, a student visa, a residence permit to enter Hong Kong and a subordinate visa.
