Third deputy one-year system conditions

1. Any male young man over 18 years old can participate in training to become a seaman. Senior seamen (third mates and third officers) are required to have a science and engineering college degree. 2. Physical requirements for third mates: height above 1.68 meters, naked vision of 5.0 in both eyes (engineering management majors can wear glasses), regular facial features, normal hearing, no color blindness, color weakness, stuttering, and no infectious diseases such as hepatitis B. 3. The third mate must have no criminal record and no tendency to immigrate.

The third mate and third officer for offshore workers will be trained within one year; third mate and third officer are the job titles of seafarers working at sea, usually men. The third mate is generally in charge of life-saving equipment, fire-fighting equipment, etc., and takes turns driving on duty during navigation.
