In the first year of Hong Guang and the second year of Shunzhi (1645), the Qing army arrived in the south of the Yangtze River, and the gate of Nanjing was wide open. Zhu Yousong fled to Wuhu, was taken to Beijing, and was executed by the Qing army the following year. He is forty years old. .
