1. The applicable tax amount (benchmark tax amount) of cultivated land occupation tax in various regions of our district is: the applicable tax amount in xingqing district, jinfeng district and Xixia District is per square meter 19 yuan; The applicable tax for lingwu city (including Ningdong), Dawukou District, Huinong District, Litong District, Qingtongxia City and shapotou district is per square meter 16 yuan; The applicable tax for Helan County, Yongning County, Yuanzhou District, Jingyuan County and Zhongning County is 1 1 yuan per square meter; The applicable tax amount for Pingluo County, Hongsibao District (including Taiyangshan Development Zone), Yanchi County, Tongxin County, Xiji County, Longde County, Pengyang County and Haiyuan County is 9 yuan per square meter. Two, the per capita arable land area of less than 0.5 mu in xingqing district, jinfeng district, Dawukou District, the applicable tax on the basis of the local benchmark tax increased by 50%. Three, occupy the garden, woodland, grassland, farmland water conservancy land, aquaculture water, fishery waters and other agricultural land to build buildings, structures or engage in non-agricultural construction, the applicable tax is reduced by 20% on the basis of the local benchmark tax.

This decision shall come into force on September 1 day, 1965.
