Immigration 485 approval conditions

Submitting I-485 is the last step to apply for a green card in the United States. The approval conditions include:

1. Applicants must be in the United States to apply: First, applicants who submit I-485 must be in the United States on the date of application.

2. The applicant's priority date must be current;

3. The applicant must legally enter the country;

4. The applicant must not violate his identity;

5. The applicant's current identity must be legal;
