New Zealand Investment Immigration Policy

Promulgated and implemented on July 28, 2009

There are three main categories:

I. 1 investment

Invest in New Zealand for 3 years100,000 Singapore dollars.

The principal applicant has lived for 44 days each year in the last two years of the three-year investment.

Business and management experience is not required.

No language and age requirements.

2. Type 2 investment (300 families in global quotas every year)

Successful business experience and 3 years or above business experience (holding more than 25% of the company's shares and holding major positions, if the company's shares are less than 25% or no shares, the company must employ at least 5 full-time employees or the company's annual turnover exceeds S $654.38+0 million).

Family assets exceed S $2.5 million (the source should be legal, it can be added by others, the assets can be in the name of the main applicant, or the main applicant and spouse/minor children have the same name * * *).

Investment in New Zealand is S $654.38+5,000 for 4 years.

The average IELTS score of the main applicant is 3 or above (IELTS score is not more than 2 years); Family members (/kloc-over 0/6 years old) have an average IELTS score of more than 3 (if family members do not have IELTS scores, they need to attend cram schools and pay English tuition fees in advance).

In the last three years of the four-year investment, the main applicant has lived for 146 days each year and is 65 years old or below (before being required to formally submit an immigration application, it cannot exceed his 66th birthday).

Applicants must first submit an EOI pre-application form. EOI is a complete system. EOI will be selected every two weeks. Those who are not selected within 6 months should resubmit the EOI form and application fee.

The applicant's investment funds must be invested in any one or more of the following projects in New Zealand:

1, national debt (about 4.35% in 3-year debt interest)

2. Bonds issued by New Zealand companies and traded in the New Zealand bond market.

3. New Zealand BBB corporate bonds.

4. Rights and interests (equity/stock) of New Zealand companies (listed or private), including managed funds, etc.

5. Commercial real estate, farms and other non-owner-occupied properties.

Third, entrepreneurial immigrants.

Basic requirements:

1, more than 2 years of business experience (the applicant holds more than 25% of the company's shares or serves as an executive in another company)

2. IELTS average score of 4 points (valid for 2 years)

3. Prove that there are certain funds that can be transferred to New Zealand for business and living expenses (generally above S $300,000).

4. Provide detailed investment plan in New Zealand (consistent with business background in China).

General categories of permanent residence requirements

1. Early New Zealand has successfully operated its business for at least 2 years (no less than 25% of the shares, no specific turnover requirements).

2. Hire at least 1 full-time employees.

3. Did not apply for and enjoy New Zealand social welfare.

4. There is no hard and fast rule on the residence time of the main applicant. Generally speaking, those engaged in retail business will leave New Zealand for no more than three months each year, and those engaged in import and export business will leave New Zealand for no more than half a year (spouses and children have no residence requirements).

The category of S $500,000 is allowed to be changed to permanent residence in advance.

1. Business with investment exceeding S $500,000.

2. Hire more than 3 full-time employees (excluding family members, working 30 hours a week is regarded as full-time).

As long as the above conditions are met, the applicant can apply for permanent residence at any time.
