Foreign citizens who have reached the age of 18 can apply for Russian citizenship, and the conditions to be met are as follows:

1. Foreign citizens applying for Russian citizenship must master Russian. As for how to determine the level of Russian, there will be special regulations.

2. In order to obtain Russian citizenship, foreigners or stateless persons must live in the country continuously for at least five years and stay abroad for no more than three months each year.

3.
