Qingdao people are descendants of the Japanese.

According to historical records, "Yunnan" refers not to a place, some are indeed Yunnan, and some may be part of Shanxi. A remarkable feature of Qingdao immigrants is that they are deeply influenced by the health system of the Ming Dynasty. As far as the aborigines in Qingdao are concerned, most of their ancestors did come from Yunnan.

Qingdao people, as the name implies, are people who live and work in Qingdao and have or will have Qingdao household registration. They are residents who were born in Qingdao but live in other places and have obtained foreign household registration. They can also be called Qingdao people. Historically, Qingdao people can be divided into three categories: Qingdao aborigines, Qingdao immigrants and Qingdao "new citizens".
