20 15 On June 9th, the Indonesian government announced the visa-free policy for 30 countries including People's Republic of China (PRC).

China tourists who enjoy visa-free entry and exit from the following nine Indonesian designated ports:

1. Su Jianuo hada international airport.

2. Wulalai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali.

3. Namco International Airport in Medan, North Sumatra.

4. Juanda International Airport in Surabaya, East Java.

5. HangNadeem International Airport in Batam Island, Riau Islands.

6. Sri Tanbin Pula Ferry Terminal on Tanbin Island in Riau Islands.

7. International Ferry Terminal, Batam Center, Batam Island, Riau Islands

8. Seku Pang International Ferry Terminal, Batam Island, Riau Islands.

9. Tanjong Ba Ferry Terminal on Tanbin Island, Riau Islands.

China tourists who visit Indonesia visa-free will stay for * * * 30 days, only for the purpose of sightseeing. Visa-free tourists' passports will be stamped with the' short-term travel visa-free' seal after entering the customs. Visa exemption cannot be extended, nor can it be converted into other types of visas or Indonesian residence permits.

China citizens who intend to stay in Indonesia for more than 30 days or visit Indonesia for other purposes should apply for visas through Indonesian embassies and consulates in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hong Kong.

Apart from China, countries enjoying visa-free treatment include Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Russia, Korea, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Qatar, South Africa, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Now Indonesia can go through the relevant procedures through two counters:

1, visa-free counter:

Can be directly stamped and visa-free, staying for up to 30 days, without extension;

2. Visa on arrival counter:

The counter needs to pay $35 to go through the formalities, which is regarded as an initiative to apply for an extension visa on arrival, and the relevant fees will not be refunded.
