If the visa is refused, you will receive a written notice, which will tell you in detail the reasons for the refusal, whether the materials are incomplete or untrue, or whether the visa officer thinks there is not enough reason to believe that you can return on time, and so on. You can have the opportunity to appeal within 14 days after receiving the notice. Refusal of visa does not mean that the visa officer's decision is correct, so we should make full use of this appeal and convince the visa officer to change the visa refusal decision with conclusive evidence.
