Any entry-exit management window to apply for the above-mentioned entry-exit documents, the application procedures are the same as the household registration.

The implementation of the "national use" of entry and exit documents is an important reform measure launched by the National Immigration Bureau to meet the new requirements of Socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era and constantly meet the new expectations of the broad masses of people in handling entry and exit documents. It is also an important institutional innovation to implement the deployment of the Central Economic Work Conference, deepen the reform of "simplifying administration and decentralizing power, strengthening supervision and improving services" and improve the service level of entry-exit management. After the implementation of the "national general office" for entry and exit documents, three "general offices" can be realized: they can be handled nationwide, that is, mainland residents can apply for entry and exit documents at any entry and exit management window in the country, and the application materials are consistent with their household registration; Mainland residents can do it, that is, they can apply for entry and exit documents in different places without being restricted by conditions such as household registration and residence; You can apply for exit documents, that is, ordinary passports of China people, passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao, passes to and from Taiwan, etc. It is reported that the new measures introduced this time include applying for team travel endorsements to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in different places, which can be handled on the self-service endorsement machine and should be waited immediately.

In addition, the government service platform of the National Immigration Bureau will be launched simultaneously on April 1 day. Through the service website, the National Immigration Administration APP, and the third-party platform, the platform has the functions of document reservation application, travel endorsement to and from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, document progress inquiry, document information inquiry, entry and exit record inquiry, service guide inquiry, etc., which can provide 24-hour online service for the masses and truly realize "let the data run more and let the masses run less errands".
