The specific standards of public welfare post subsidies are as follows: in principle, the standards of public welfare post subsidies do not exceed the local minimum wage standards, and social insurance subsidies include basic old-age insurance premiums, basic medical insurance premiums and unemployment insurance premiums paid by employers. The maximum subsidy period is not more than 3 years, and it can be extended to retirement if it is less than 5 years away from the statutory retirement age. The subsidy standard for rural public welfare posts is determined according to factors such as labor time and labor intensity, and is not higher than the local urban public welfare post subsidy level in principle. The longest term of the labor contract or labor service agreement signed for purchasing commercial insurance for accidental injuries for the resettlement personnel shall not exceed 1 year.

I. Post-application process

1, individual application

(1) Persons with employment difficulties who meet the application scope of urban public welfare posts shall apply to the people's livelihood service center in their township (street) with their identity certificate.

(two) poor people who meet the conditions of applying for rural public welfare posts shall apply to the village Committee where their household registration is located with their identity certificate and household registration book.

2. Grassroots audit

The local people's livelihood service center will conduct a preliminary examination of those who apply for public welfare posts. After the township (street) audit has no objection, the personnel roster and related materials will be submitted to Yongning County Employment and Entrepreneurship and Talent Service Center.

3. Publicity for approval

According to the township (street) audit, study and determine the proposed placement position, and publicize it to the public. The publicity period is 5 working days, and if there is no objection to the publicity, it will be resettled.

Second, job placement.

1, social public service post. Specifically, it includes human resources and social security coordinators, community security joint defense coordinators, labor force statistical investigators, and posts that provide services for urban and community residents such as traffic co-management, municipal management, environmental management, property management, and elderly care; Management and maintenance of municipal public facilities and equipment, cleaning of scenic spots, scenic spots and public places, and maintenance of urban greening.

2. Community public welfare posts. Specifically, it includes cleaning, maintenance, security, social services and other positions in the development of non-profit public health services, medical services and old-age services in counties (districts), towns (streets) and communities.

3. Rural public welfare posts. It mainly includes the logistics service personnel of the two committees of the village, the distribution service personnel of rural residents, the human resources and social security assistants (engaged in rural labor transfer and social insurance payment for urban and rural residents), rural forest rangers, river (canal) roadside guards, environmental road cleaners, rural "old table" waiters, immigrant community service personnel, rural e-commerce comprehensive service personnel, rural school security officers and other public welfare posts.
