What are the five basic projects supported by ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation?

The five basic projects are infrastructure construction, public service facilities construction, soil and water conservation and environmental management, vocational training, employment and entrepreneurship, social security and public services:

1. Infrastructure construction: including road, electricity, communication, running water and other infrastructure construction, to improve the living, education, medical care, transportation and other infrastructure levels in the relocation area.
