This means that buying a house in Gaochun District really does not need to provide Nanjing's two-year social security or tax payment certificate.
For the rumor that Liuhe District only needs to provide residence permit or labor contract, the reporter of Company E also called the Liuhe District Real Estate Registration Center. The staff said that they also heard about the relaxation of the purchase restriction in Gaochun District, but Liuhe District still needs to provide Nanjing's social security or tax payment certificate for two years.
