In July, 20**, I graduated from this university and started to work, but in the end, I was temporarily detained by the school for one year because I failed a make-up exam in college physics. Although I said that my GPA was above 90, which is rare in schools, I still didn't have the courage to report to that company in Xiamen. Finally, I help teachers do experiments in the school laboratory to earn some living expenses, and work in cultural companies at other times. For some reason, my college entrance examination volunteer major is biology or medicine. As a major I love, I don't want to give up my original goals and plans because I failed a course. So in 20** years, I was admitted to the graduate school of Chinese Academy of Sciences, but I missed it by a few minutes. At that time, I felt that as an undergraduate, if I wanted to continue my major, I had to get a higher degree. In front of the recruiter, there is such contradiction and unreality between the fact that I failed the postgraduate entrance examination and my goal. After repeated rejection, my friends gave me an analysis of the current job seekers' practices and the attitude of employers. They even kindly advised me to "beautify" my resume like others, instead of pretending to be lofty. I know my situation and embarrassment, but everyone should have their own principles. Faced with such a dilemma and situation, what can I say except silence? I want to find a job is to find a suitable partner, both sides should understand that their choice is based on sincerity and mutual trust. Since it is cooperation, it should be equal, and there is no argument and doubt about the applicant's flattery and deception or the employer's charity. I have the responsibility to let the other party know my true situation as honestly as possible. Although I don't have rich work experience, the advantage of graduating from a famous university and a satisfactory report card, I have always believed that Excellence is a habit. More importantly, on the way to my goal, I have been making unremitting efforts and never gave up. There is an old saying that "birds of a feather flock together, and people are divided into groups". Whether the company chooses me or I choose to cooperate with the company, we are actually recognizing each other's values and ideas. What kind of people are suitable for development in what place, you should be glad that you left the opportunity to a place that suits you. Before this, I have never given up my efforts that I can grasp, and I am even more unwilling to give up my own standards. So after every failure, I thank myself and thank God from the bottom of my heart for not letting me get there. I told myself that God said to me, "I didn't make you like that because I arranged better opportunities and appearances for you." In this way, I accept the failure of reality with confidence and gratitude every day. In order to save money and give myself enough time to find the right opportunity, I feel at ease to do what others disdain to do-I work in a construction site in Wangjing. Because when there was a job fair, the boss agreed to let me go out and look for a job. I said to myself, "you are doing these things now because your ability can only start from this for the time being." If you want to think better, take action and be confident. God is fair to every positive soul. " After working in the construction site for more than ten days, I received a notice from Lidman Company. Because I am serious and responsible at the construction site, my boss even calculated my salary for five days when I came out to look for a job, which made me more convinced that as long as I can work dutifully, lead an active life, communicate and cooperate honestly and sincerely with others, then society will recognize you. I think Lidman's choice of me illustrates this point, but they don't care that I don't have rich work experience, the advantages of graduating from famous universities and satisfactory transcripts.
