How about Tanggu pulping in cosl Oilfield Chemical Division?

Let me tell you something about cosl.

I will report to Tanggu in July, and then I will be trained in the naval service college for one month plus five certificates. That month was more painful, and then I rested for four days. I was transferred to Zhanjiang by my unit. After almost a month, I went to sea for the first time. At this time, I posted on the platform.

I'll just say stonemason, because I'm a stonemason and have a basic understanding of petroleum engineering. There are two places to go: Drilling Division and Technology Division.

Drilling Division includes workover, while petroleum engineering in Technical Division is basically directional drilling, cementing and completion. There is almost no mud. From the perspective of unit benefit, of course, drilling is the boss. Although Stonecutters Island has signed oil service together, it is not your decision which business department to go to in the future.

Let's talk about drilling first. First of all, you should be prepared to suffer hardships and start from the foundation. Their positions have been promoted rapidly, taking the M series. I'm still a little unclear about the specific position below. After the internship, they are usually assistant drillers. Another point is the high bonus for drilling wells. That's all I know.

I'm talking about other people. I was assigned to cementing, and the benefit was second only to directional wells. Generally speaking, my post is not as high as the directional well.

As far as treatment is concerned:

This year, the oil service has been reformed. Basic salary of new interns in the first year 1750. After deducting taxes and insurance, they can have more than 2800 yuan left in their hands after one month. But I was transferred to Zhanjiang, and my first month's salary was 3200. I heard that I paid 3000 yuan in the second month. I haven't seen it yet (still at sea) Let's talk about the marine allowance: new interns, 30 days in the Bohai Sea and 40 days in the South China Sea. I set up a post in the second year, and I don't know how much this money is. 170, 180 a day is almost the same.

That's all I know. I'm still on the platform for 23 days. The normal frequency of the South China Sea is 28 days, and that of the Bohai Sea is 20 days. However, when they are on land after their shift, they can go anywhere they want (equivalent to a 20-day holiday). It is not necessary for the technical department to go to sea. As far as cementing in our unit is concerned, the average time to go to sea is about 200 days.

Generally speaking, oil service is not a good unit, but it is not a bad unit. It's hard to imagine being able to drill.

Brothers in Stonecutters Island, if it is better to sign a contract with Party A's company, I will give you several good choices: Tarim is a good company on land, of course, you should go to Party A, and the offshore and Bohai industries are good. When our masons went to industry, they were basically supervisors. On the Tianwaitian platform where I am now, there are three drilling supervisors of Bohai Industry, all of whom are 00-level. And go to the branch. They are Party A, and they pay for our work. It's not nice to say that Party A is a grandfather and Party B is a grandson. That is the reality. I am not sure about the treatment. I'll tell you when I have a chance. However, it cannot be bad.

Life on the platform is not bad, so don't worry about anything. Some platform dormitories have televisions, and some platform meals are excellent. Different platforms are more or less different. This phone is also based on different platforms. In some places, you can fight casually, and in some places, you should fight secretly.

That's all I know. I wish the masons' brothers and sisters a good place! !

We reported this year on July 3rd. Since today's graduation date is June 29th, we think it is boring to stay in school for two days, so we should report it earlier, so we reported it on July 2nd. The reporting place is the Guest House of Naval Service College in Tanggu District, Tianjin (Naval Engineering University). We took it to the newspaper office as soon as we got off the bus, and then took it to dinner and allocated accommodation.

We stayed in a campus of the Naval Logistics Academy, where there was only one department-Quartermaster Department. Accommodation conditions are similar to learning eight and nine. It's a small campus, and the total area is not as big as the playground of our school. Anyway, since I entered this campus, I have started military training, and I have to lead a team to eat and bathe. By the way, the instructor is a student of this school. Generally, they are graduates. They were supposed to report to their respective military regions.

On the first day of reporting for dinner, there are still several people at a table and four dishes. The next day, we began to eat a plate of rice, a table for nine people. Everyone takes plates to the food distribution office and gives you some dishes-two dishes, to be exact, a small amount. It is not enough to save food. Then we went back to the dining table. There was a small bowl of rice and a big bowl of fish or chicken on the table, which we called the main dish. Anyway, when we first started eating, everyone rushed to eat, and a bowl of food was basically one for each person. There is no rice, so we can only eat steamed bread, and sometimes there is no steamed bread. Sometimes, because of our late military training, other companies don't have nine people sitting at one table, but take an extra table, so we basically don't have main courses and meals.

Military training is not very bitter. It can be said that it is much easier than in our university. I thought that the cosl family alone recruited more than 500 students this year, and there were many people. Military training usually lasts about a week. In fact, it started from July 7th to 14, but because we had already reported for duty, we felt a big loss. In fact, you can report for duty on the 7 th, and you have trained for one more week than others in vain. Military training is also very simple. Turn left and turn right, that's it. Our instructor is very good. Let's rest in the shade, so that when the leader comes, we will have a training, and the other company will be miserable. There may be an instructor who did a good job and told them not to listen to the training.

A military parade was held after the military training, and Mr. cosl also came. It was held at the headquarters of the Naval Service Academy-actually, it was very small, but there were more female soldiers and beautiful women there. The parade is also very simple, that is, arranging five or six teams to take two steps and turn around a few times.

Immediately after the military training, the training is mainly based on five certificates (helicopter underwater escape \ fire fighting \ diving \ ...), and there are theoretical courses and practical operation courses. The theory class was in a small teaching building where we lived, and the practice took us to the training base in CNOOC's family area by car. CNOOC has two districts in Tianjin, one is Binhai New Village and the other is Youshi New Village, both of which are relatively large, but the location is very large. ...

This refers to the training in cosl. After the training, I was assigned to three departments, mainly oilfield production department, drilling department, oilfield chemistry department and oilfield technology department. I was assigned to the drilling department.

Then our drilling department trained the new employees for about a week. This paper mainly introduces some offshore working conditions and blowout preventers. Anyway, it's much easier than learning to drill in college. He just gave a brief introduction to offshore petroleum drilling.

From the registration to the end of this training, we have been living in this logistics college, which is closed management, that is to say, we are not allowed to go out. A month's time, only one day off, let's go out for a walk (of course, taking us out for training, diving and driving a lifeboat is not included). What lives there is the dormitory of their cadets, which is very bad. Each person has a sand pillow and a quilt cover for correction. Then there are reed mats, and the first two must be returned after the training. Because it is a sand pillow, there is a lot of fine sand on the bed after getting up every day. Send a mosquito net by the way, because there are too many mosquitoes. But it must be taken down during the day and hung up at night, saying that it will affect the indoor image, which is too fucking troublesome! ! ! !

Since it is military management from reporting to the end of the whole training (not to say that military management is not needed after the end of military training), the luggage we checked has been left there for more than five days, and the storage fee is 6 yuan per day, and I was fined 30 yuan. It really scared us to report to the personnel department of the company, and they sent one or two cars to pick up our luggage. In which campus, there are only four or five public telephone booths, which are generally very nervous. Everyone has stopped calling, because their mobile phones are still the card numbers used in college. If they want to make a phone call, they have to buy a 20 1 card in a small shopping mall on campus. Basically, they have to wait in line there for almost half an hour, because there are too many trained employees and only a few telephones.

Maybe next year, because it is said that the company will rent a dormitory in that campus next year to decorate for new employees, and the Haixiu Guest House in CNOOC's family area is full.

After all this, the company gave us an overdraft of 1000 yuan, because we all just graduated and had no money, and then asked me to report in Zhanjiang. I used this time to ask for leave and go home. Assigned on July 30th, and required to report to Zhanjiang on August 7th.

Arrived in Zhanjiang on August 7th. The city is ok, quite new, but it is too small. And Zhanjiang has no place to play. The only thing you can see from a distance is the South China Sea Fleet. I saw the destroyer 17 1. The company's base is on a peninsula, so take a taxi from Zhanjiang to the dock and cross the bay by ferry. So it's even less fun at the base, farther away from the city.

Everyone cares about salary. In fact, everyone is the same in the first year. As long as the company needs a major (college \ undergraduate), it is called Jeremy goldkorn, with a basic salary of 1700. This is only the first year's salary, and there is a two-year protection period, which means that if you can't get on the job within two years, you will be given this salary. If you can no longer hold this position, you might as well resign. Because everyone knows this salary. I know I can't say anything. To enter the company, you must sign a contract, one is a labor contract, and the other is a confidentiality contract, which stipulates that wages are confidential. But in the first month, everyone takes the same money, and we always take it in a month and a half.

4 100 yuan. Of course, tickets can be reimbursed, usually hard sleepers can be reimbursed.

After we arrived in Zhanjiang, we waited for almost a month because Tianjin issued us our five certificates to go to sea. Living in Haixiu Building every day, the accommodation conditions are three people, a color TV, air conditioning, toilet and special cleaning service. There is a company restaurant next to dinner, and we pay for it ourselves.

That's right! ! I want to pay attention to CNOOC. I am very strict about my health. Maybe it doesn't matter if you are not strong, and I am not strong, but I want to be healthy. Anyone with liver problems should pay special attention, especially those with weak color and color blindness. These are not allowed to go to sea.

We had a physical examination soon after we reported for duty. Very strict. We have to do B-ultrasound, electrocardiogram and fluoroscopy ... There are many things here.

People who can't get out of the sea will be miserable. I know one who was originally assigned to Zhanjiang and stayed with him for a month. As a result, he was too weak to go to sea and was assigned to Xinjiang to repair his car.
