2. Recruitment Targets and Conditions
Recruitment Targets: Full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who meet the requirements for the recruitment position.
Recruitment conditions:
(1) Support the party’s line, principles and policies, abide by disciplines and laws, and love education.
(2) The majors studied by normal graduates or the disciplines recognized by the teacher qualification certificate must be consistent with the requirements for the subject positions they apply for. The majors studied by non-normal graduates who meet the academic requirements and the disciplines recognized by the teacher qualification certificate Must be consistent with the requirements for the subject position you are applying for.
Graduates majoring in primary school education who meet academic qualifications and other requirements can apply for primary school Chinese and primary school mathematics.
(3) Applicants for the positions must be Xinyi residents only before the date of publication of the brochure.
(4) Must be born on June 30, 1986 or later.
(5) Physical standards meet the conditions stipulated in the "Physical Examination Standards for Teacher Qualification Certification in Jiangsu Province".
(6) Current personnel in the city’s education system are not allowed to apply.
(7) Those who violate family planning policies and laws and regulations and are not allowed to be recruited as staff of public institutions shall not apply.
3. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: June 17-June 19, 2014 (8:00 a.m. every day) 30-12:00, 2:00-5:30 pm).
2. Registration location: East Longhai Talent Market, Jiangsu Province (opposite to Xinyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital).
3. Provide materials:
Fresh graduates must provide ID card, household register, teacher qualification certificate (or certificate of passing the teacher qualification examination issued by the education authorities), "Graduation Certificate" The originals and copies of documents such as the "Recommendation Form for Two-way Choice Employment of Students" and the "Employment Agreement for Graduates of General Colleges and Universities".
Previous unemployed graduates must provide originals and copies of ID cards, household registers, graduation certificates, registration certificates, teacher qualification certificates and other documents.

In order to reduce the burden on extremely poor candidates, candidates from urban families who enjoy the national minimum living security allowance and candidates from absolutely poor rural families are exempt from examination fees. 5. Notes
(1) Applicants are limited to applying for one position, and the position cannot be changed after the application form is submitted.

(2) Applicants must truthfully fill out the "Xinyi City 2014 Open Recruitment Primary School Teacher Registration Form" (can be downloaded from the Xinyi City Human Resources and Social Security Network and Xinyi Education website) to ensure the authenticity of the materials . (2) Written test
The written test is a closed-book format, with a full score of 100 points.
1. Written examination content: pedagogy, educational psychology, educational regulations (including "Education Law", "Teacher Law", "Compulsory Education Law", "Minor Protection Law", Ministry of Education " "Measures for Handling Accidental Injuries on Campus for Students") and basic knowledge of professional courses (accounting for 60%) and writing teaching plans (accounting for 40%).
2. Written test time: 9:00-11:00 on July 2, 2014.
3. Written test location: See the "Written Test Admission Ticket".
Go to the Donglonghai Talent Market in Jiangsu Province from 8:30 to 12:00 am on June 30, 2014 to collect the "Written Exam Admission Ticket". Those who fail to claim after the due date will be deemed to have given up automatically.
(3) Interview
1. After the written examination is completed, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Education Bureau will delineate the passing score line for the written examination, and select candidates from among those who have passed the written examination. Based on the written test scores, candidates will be selected for interviews from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:3 according to the recruitment plan.
2. Interviews for music, sports, and art positions will be conducted through a combination of lectures and professional skills tests. Applicants must independently prepare lessons, design lesson plans (50 minutes), and give lectures (12 minutes) within the specified time according to the specified content. The full score is 60 points; the professional skills test is completed within the specified time and the full score is 40 points.

(4) Physical examination and inspection
The total score of candidates who pass the interview is 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score. Based on the total score, candidates for the physical examination will be determined from high score to low score in a 1:1 ratio to the number of positions to be recruited (those with tied overall scores will be sorted from high score to low score in the written test).
The physical examination is carried out in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards for Teacher Qualification Certification in Jiangsu Province". Those who fail the physical examination can be re-examined once. When there is a vacancy due to failure in the physical examination, candidates who have passed the interview will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score in total (those who have a tie in total score will be sorted from the highest score to the lowest score in the written test).
Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected in accordance with relevant regulations. Those who fail the inspection will be disqualified, and those who pass the interview will be supplemented in one go according to the total score from high to low (those who are tied in total scores will be based on the written test) Scores are sorted from high to low).
(5) Public announcement
Public announcement will be made for those who have passed the physical examination and inspection, and the publicity period will be 5 days. During the publicity period, those who report problems must provide written materials and sign their real names, as well as specific contact information and necessary investigation clues. After verification, if there is any violation of the provisions of this announcement, the qualification will be cancelled. When there is a vacancy due to disqualification or voluntary abandonment, there will be no fill-in.
(6) Position Selection
Qualified candidates will be announced and selected employment schools in order from high scores to low scores in the applied subjects (if there are ties for total scores, the one with the higher written test score will be given priority). After job selection, all candidates to be hired who fail to report to the hiring unit within the specified time will be deemed to have given up automatically. Those who refuse to choose a position will also be deemed to have given up automatically.
4. Recruitment and treatment
Personnel to be employed shall be issued an employment notice by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, sign an employment contract, and list the establishment establishment of their unit. The initial appointment period is three years, including a one-year probation period. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will go through relevant procedures such as becoming a full-time employee and grading. Those who fail the assessment will have their employment contract terminated.
