How many securities companies are there in Wuhu?

There are six Wuhu securities companies, namely: Guoyuan Securities, Haitong Securities, Galaxy Securities, Huaan Securities, Qilu Securities and CITIC Securities.

A securities company refers to a limited company or a joint stock limited company with independent legal personality, which is established with the approval of the the State Council securities regulatory authority in accordance with the provisions of the Company Law and the Securities Law and specializes in securities business.

Securities companies have two characteristics:

First, most of them are state-controlled enterprises, and the gift of assets must comply with the relevant provisions of the state asset management department.

Second, most of them are unlisted companies, and their share circulation is restricted. They have no market price but a listing plan, which can meet the relevant regulations of listed companies.
