How to deal with undocumented nurses

Legal analysis: nurses work without a license, mainly because the hospitals that employ undocumented nurses are responsible. According to the situation, we can reduce the number of hospital diagnosis and treatment subjects, or suspend business for rectification, or we can punish the person in charge and the person directly responsible according to law. A nurse shall obtain a nurse's practice certificate after practicing registration. To apply for nurse practice registration, an application shall be submitted to the competent health department that approved the establishment of the medical institution to be practiced or filed for the medical institution. The competent health department that receives the application shall make a decision within 20 working days from the date of receiving the application, grant registration to those who meet the conditions stipulated in these regulations, and issue a nurse's practice certificate; Do not meet the requirements of this Ordinance, shall not be registered, and explain the reasons in writing.

Legal basis: Article 28 of the Nurses' Regulations stipulates that in any of the following circumstances, the competent health department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall order it to make corrections within a time limit and give a warning according to the division of responsibilities; If no correction is made within the time limit, according to the nurse allocation standard stipulated by the competent department of health in the State Council and the number of nurses legally practicing in medical and health institutions, their diagnosis and treatment subjects will be reduced, or their practice activities will be suspended for more than 6 months 1 year; Medical and health institutions run by the state are under any of the following circumstances. If the circumstances are serious, the responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be punished according to law: (1) In violation of the provisions of these regulations, the number of nurses is lower than the standard of nurses prescribed by the competent department of health in the State Council; (2) allowing a person who has not obtained a nurse's practice certificate or a nurse who has not gone through the formalities of changing the practice place and extending the validity period of practice registration in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations to engage in nursing activities stipulated in the technical specifications for diagnosis and treatment in this institution.
