Enterprise performance of Inner Mongolia Shenzhou Silicon Industry Co., Ltd.

The company has formed an annual production capacity of 5000 tons of polysilicon, and the whole plant has achieved continuous, stable and economical production. On 20 1 1 year, the company successfully passed the polysilicon industry access audit organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other three ministries, and became one of the first published access lists. In 20 14, it was listed in the list of enterprises in the Specification and Conditions of Photovoltaic Manufacturing Industry published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

In order to realize the rapid and healthy development of aerospace photovoltaic industry, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation has made a scientific layout, with Shanghai Institute of Aerospace Technology as the main body, concentrated on building photovoltaic industrial bases in Hohhot and Shanghai, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and made every effort to build a vertically integrated photovoltaic industrial chain from polysilicon materials, single crystal pulling, polycrystalline ingots, slicing, solar cells, components, system integration, market application, equipment technology to technology research and development. At present, in Inner Mongolia, in addition to Shenzhou Silicon Industry and Central Photovoltaic, several megawatt photovoltaic power plant projects are also being actively implemented in Simon.

At the same time of project construction and trial production, the company took improving Siemens process as the main line, actively practiced, explored the device performance and improved the device, and the production capacity and performance were fundamentally changed. In 20 12, the company upgraded the existing two-phase production equipment, and successively completed the core technical improvement projects such as conversion of silicon tetrachloride into trichlorosilane at low temperature, 36 pairs of large reduction furnaces, reverse disproportionation of dichlorosilane, and transformation of CDI adsorption tower. At present, all devices are running smoothly, which makes the capacity and performance of the device fundamentally changed compared with the original two-phase device design. After energy consumption evaluation, the overall energy consumption index of the device is far lower than the original design technical index of the two devices. The successful implementation of these technical transformation projects indicates that the company has made breakthrough new progress in device stability, technological innovation and cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and its technical level has been at the forefront of the industry. Nowadays, the company is constantly improving its technology and optimizing its construction, striving to build a polysilicon production capacity of more than 10,000 tons and become a domestic backbone modern new energy enterprise with core technology and independent intellectual property rights.
