According to official website information of Shaya County Government, as of September 24th, 2023, Shaya County Government has approved the photovoltaic construction project of Shaya Chulin Company, and relevant funds have been allocated to the company's account by the county finance bureau, and Shaya County has started to fully implement the project. The government will provide 85 tons of soil and soil leveling for Shaya County, of which 50 tons will be used for soil leveling and 35 tons for vegetation restoration, which will promote the sustainable development of photovoltaic and desert control projects in Shaya County, and at the same time promote the improvement of land resources and the increase of vegetation, thus benefiting the local climate change environment.
