What performance is required for bidding of airport tower?

These achievements are required for the tender of airport tower:

1. Bidders must have Grade A qualification of architectural engineering design and Grade A qualification of civil aviation industry design issued by the construction administrative department and above, and they are within the validity period.

2. The bidder has three design achievements of air traffic control engineering and one design achievement of airport tower in recent five years (from January 1, 211 to present).

3. It is proposed that the chief designer of this project shall be a civil aviation professional designer with senior professional title and more than 15 years of design experience.
