2. About office space.

Such companies generally work in Guangzhou, especially in high-end office buildings in Tianhe District, such as CITIC Plaza, Metropolitan Plaza, Fortune Plaza and Victoria Plaza. In short, the office environment is super good! But the work content is not flattering. Don't be fooled by the magnificent and glamorous office buildings. Remember: No matter who you are, CITIC can be your home as long as you pay the rent every month! The office building belongs to someone else.

3. About the interview.

This kind of company has a huge turnover of personnel, and one of the daily work contents of the company is recruitment! If you don't believe me, you can look at any one. The process and scale of the interview seem a bit similar, with many people. But if you think deeper, you will know that a powerful company that can really grow up does not need to recruit people often. The reception place can be a conference room or a simple chair. The key point is this kind of company, no matter what position you interview, as long as you don't turn off your phone, you will basically receive a training notice, because as long as you are a person, you need it.

4. About the work content.

No matter what position or interview, the result is basically the same: get familiar with the company's products first, start from the bottom, and then talk about management! No matter what title (assistant to the general manager, personnel Commissioner, administrative assistant, etc.). ), they just exist in name only. Your actual job is just a telephone or a computer, and you call people all over the country mechanically every day (they are called "looking for potential customers"). In fact, to put it bluntly, it is a sentence: call people you don't know, cheat, and lobby others to invest.

5. About safety.

Not at all. Due to the high mobility and the company's mentality of changing places, employees will basically not buy social security, or even have contracts. The embarrassing situation may be that you work here today and go back tomorrow to find that the company is gone!

6. About the prospect.

There is basically no prospect, yes, some people in the industry say that they can make a lot of money, and there are such people. However, there is a probability problem like continuous recruitment: there may be no performance this month, the basic salary is low, and there will be a little next month, and there are not many hands. Therefore, people with a little brains will not choose this industry to exercise themselves in extremely unstable positions. (Of course, it is not excluded that people who have money and time at home can really play by themselves. )
