How to determine the interview candidates for the units directly under the CCPIT in 2023?

According to the basic written test scores of candidates in each position from high to low, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of 5: 1, and published in official website, the recruiting unit. If the written test scores are tied, they will enter the interview together; If the number of people who have reached the qualified score in the basic written test is less than 5: 1, the interview candidates shall be determined according to the actual number of people who have reached the qualified score. The interview time, place and related matters shall be notified by the recruiting unit by telephone.

If the applicant gives up the interview qualification, the written test scores will be replenished from high to low. On the day of the interview, the vacancy of the interviewer caused by the voluntary abandonment of the candidate and the failure of the qualification review will not be filled.

Before the interview, each recruitment unit will review the qualifications of candidates and check with the candidates themselves and their original identity documents (ID cards, student ID cards, etc.) to apply for the exam. ), the registration recommendation form stamped by the school or unit and other materials. If the main information of the relevant materials is untrue, which affects the qualification examination results, the employer has the right to cancel its qualification to participate in the interview.

For positions that do not organize professional ability tests, the comprehensive test scores are synthesized according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores, each accounting for 50%.
